Welcome to Crownwood Healthcare

Our residents are at the heart of everything we do. We recognise what a privilege it is when someone chooses to live in one of our Homes and that we must always remember that these Homes are their Homes. We like to provide our services based on the core value and belief that our residents do not live in our workplace, we work in their Home. Our residents are our majority stakeholders and their voices matter. As such, we value engagement with our residents and their families to ensure we can provide the highest quality of care in the best possible surroundings.
We wish to provide all our residents with a new and fulfilling chapter in their lives, always taking into consideration their individual health and care needs. We provide this in a homely environment with care that will enable them to live as independently as possible with privacy, respect, dignity and with the opportunity to make their own choices and decisions.
Our staff are all valued and skilled members of a dedicated team whose hard work and contributions make a palpable difference to the lives of everyone within our Homes. As such, we will always strive to be outstanding, to continually learn and develop our Homes and our service, so that we are able to enhance and enrich the lives of those we care for, their families and one another.
Within the Crownwood Healthcare Group, we have an ongoing refurbishment programme which includes improvements to both the exteriors and interiors of each Home. Our Home Managers will keep all residents and their families up to date in relation to any major works being completed that may affect any Home for any scale of time. If you have any questions regarding refurbishment plans for any Home, please approach the relevant Home Manager who would be more than happy to speak with you. We also share progress of improvements in each of our Homes through our social networking platforms, Facebook and Instagram, so please feel free to follow us.
We aim to provide you or your loved ones with superb respite and long term nursing care to make life that bit easier and more enjoyable. If you or your loved one is considering the need for nursing care, please feel free to contact us or come and visit us to see what we can offer. We look forward to welcoming you to our Homes.
